Club Membership Concierge Services of Orange County

How It Works

After a short conversation for JANACO to learn about your specific needs, you can begin to breathe easy. There are two options for hiring JANACO services, and we can help you determine the best way to meet your needs.

Exclusive JANACOClub Membership

     This premier package includes:

• Unlimited Concierge calls: services we can provide while sitting in the office during office hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, such as making reservations and travel arrangements, calling in prescriptions, etc.
• Coordinating services: let us put our ‘Golden Rolodex’ to work to help find the perfect vendor to meet your unique needs.
• Access to 300 Personal Assistants/Concierges in over 80 cities around the world: Let us know where your travel will lead you, and we will link with our counterparts in that region to seamlessly have all arrangements made.

     Monthly dues:

• $500 plus reimbursement for any purchases made on your behalf. If you request Personal Assistant services, A La Carte fees will apply ($75/hour).

• Want one less thing to do each month AND get more for your money? Prepay your JANACO Club Membership for a year and enjoy one month free.

A La Carte/On-Demand Services
If you need assistance on just one project or for a limited period of time, ordering services A La Carte may be for you. A hassle-free on-demand option that is preferred by many of our busy professionals is to prepay to establish an account with JANACO. You pay only for actual services provided (plus reimbursement for any purchases made on your behalf).

All services are charged at $75 per hour (to the quarter hour). There is a one-hour minimum charge for each service provided.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of effortless elegance! Whether someone is having a baby, having surgery, or you wish to reward an Employee of the Month, a JANACO Gift Certificate can provide just what they need. For someone who has everything, a gift of JANACO can be a gift of freedom to pursue their interests.

Make someone’s day by caring enough to give them a hand – the most capable hands in Orange County. Gift certificates are available in $75 increments.

Hours: Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Payment: We accept payment in the form of cash or check. Returned checks are subject to applicable bank service fees. Prices do not include the cost of purchases made by JANACO on your behalf.

Privacy: Hallmarks of JANACO are our reputation and unflappable integrity. We appreciate the trust you place in JANACO and are committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.

Any information we collect from you will never be shared with anyone outside the company and will be used by us solely to best serve your needs. Email addresses will not be sold. Any verbal or written communication will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Customer Satisfaction: If any service or interaction with JANACO staff is less than exceptional, we want to know. Please contact Jana right away so we can remedy the situation. If you are exceedingly pleased, we want to know that as well! We may ask permission to share your feedback as a testimonial of our work.
