How It Works

Hours: Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Stop by the office for a visit and to learn how JANACO can begin making life a little easier for you, and retrieve your complementary Gift Certificate for one hour of free services. We are located at 1205 North Coast Highway, Suite A, in lovely Laguna Beach.

Payment: We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal). Returned checks are subject to applicable bank service fees. Prices do not include the cost of purchases made by JANACO on your behalf.

Privacy: The hallmark of JANACO is our reputation and unflappable integrity. We appreciate the trust you place in JANACO and are committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.

Any information we collect from you will never be shared with anyone outside the company and will be used by us solely to best serve your needs. Email addresses will not be sold. Any verbal or written communication will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Customer Satisfaction: If any service or interaction with JANACO staff is less than exceptional, we want to know. Please contact Jana right away so we can remedy the situation. If you are exceedingly pleased, we want to know that as well! We may ask permission to share your feedback as a testimonial of our work.

How It Works

After a short conversation for JANACO to learn about your specific needs, you can begin to breathe easy. There are two options for hiring JANACO services, and we can help you determine the best way to meet your needs.

Exclusive JANACO Club Membership

     This premier package includes:

• Unlimited Concierge calls: services we can provide while sitting in the office, such as making reservations and travel arrangements, calling in prescriptions, etc.
• Up to three hours per month Personal Assistant services: services that require travel by JANACO personnel, such as taking your car in to be serviced, grocery shopping, etc.
• Coordinating services: let us put our ‘Golden Rolodex’ to work to help find the perfect vendor to meet your unique needs.
• Access to 300 Personal Assistants/Concierges in over 80 cities around the world: Let us know where your travel will lead you, and we will link with our counterparts in that region to seamlessly have all arrangements made.

     Monthly dues:

• $400 plus reimbursement for any purchases made on your behalf.
• If you request Personal Assistant services in excess of three hours per month, A La Carte fees will apply ($50/hour).
• Want one less thing to do each month AND get more for your money?
  Prepay your JANACO Club Membership for a year and enjoy one month free.

A La Carte/On-Demand Services
If you need assistance on just one project or for a limited period of time, ordering services A La Carte may be for you. A hassle-free on-demand option that is preferred by many of our busy professionals is to prepay to establish an account with JANACO, and thereafter we will automatically charge your credit card for whatever particular services you require each month. You pay only for actual services provided (plus reimbursement for any purchases made on your behalf).

All services are charged at $50 per hour (to the quarter hour). There is a one-hour minimum charge for each service provided.
