About JANACO

JANACO was founded and incorporated by Jana Vaughan Williams, a long-time recipient as well as provider of exclusive concierge, personal assistant, and event planning services.

JANACO is able to provide an exceptional experience for all customers due to the diverse background of its founder. Early in her career, Jana helped establish a dental practice and served as office manager with several practices. Executives quickly recognized her extraordinary initiative and ability to conceptualize and implement projects, which led to her planning and executing events for professional associations, including continuing education seminars for hundreds and industry conferences for thousands.

Jana’s talents have been developed also through household management for prominent families. She became an indispensable commodity by readily managing multiple luxury properties with her impeccable team, keeping each property in pristine condition. Her extensive experience with world travel has also helped her to become an expert at arranging complex international travel itineraries with ease.

Jana is also committed to community and invests her time, talents, and resources to a number of causes. In 2004, she gave back to her home town of Riverside by founding the Jana Vaughan Scholarship as well as a College Club, at La Sierra High School. “I wanted to raise college awareness for students in the region,” Jana says. “Many recipients of the scholarship and members of the College Club are the first in their family to go to college. I wish this support had been available when I was in school, so I am excited to fill that gap.” For this dedication to community, Jana was honored in 2006 with the William Conlon Award.

Mission Hospital has also been a recipient of Jana’s thoughtful and energized volunteering. She is a lifetime member of the hospital's Valiant Women’s group, which raises funds and awareness of women's issues. Jana has served as a family liaison overseeing The Adam Williams Initiative. The Initiative was founded to establish a higher standard of care and treatment for patients suffering traumatic brain injuries. The goal is to implement life-saving protocols employed at Mission Hospital in other civilian as well as military trauma centers throughout the country. Through her and her family’s efforts, many who suffer traumatic brain injuries now have a higher likelihood of surviving and recovering.
